When ordering goods, the buyer (you) concludes with the seller (us) a purchase contract, which is binding in accordance with act No. 108/2000 Z.z., as amended. When shopping, the shopper selects the relevant goods and puts them in the cart. After inserting the selected items into the shopping cart and the specified quantity, the shopper can go to the checkout and complete the order. At the end of the order, this order is understood to be binding and may be withstood only under the conditions set out below. We only handle orders made using a shopping cart.

You do not necessarily need to register with us to place an order. When shopping as an unregistered customer, you fill in the necessary data only when completing the order. A binding order must contain mandatory information such as the name, surname and address of the purchaser, the name of the product, the number of pieces, the total price, the method of delivery of the goods, the method of payment, etc.

The personal data you provide to us as part of the order will be used in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 428/2002 Z.z. and will be used only in the context of the business relationship between the seller and the consumer and will not be disclosed to a third party (except for the person providing the transport of goods).

After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation email from us confirming receipt of the order. From this point on, we try to process your order as soon as possible. If the goods are in stock, we will process your order from 5-10 days. If the goods are not in stock, we will contact you by email informing you about possible delivery times and agree on the next steps.

Orders are processed 24 hrs a day.

 

Cancellation of orders and withdrawal?

 

Options for cancelling an order by a shopper are only possible in the following cases:

- on the first day (the day of the order) – free of charge

- within 7 days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason – the cost of returning the goods is borne by the purchaser. The goods must be sent to our address within the specified period with written withdrawal from the contract. We only accept the return of a product that is not:

- Damaged

- Used

- is in an original package that has not been unwrapped

- contains all accessories received at the time of purchase

- if we are unable to deliver the goods even after subsequent ordering, it is not even with the supplier after a period of 14 working days – after this time the www.idizajn.shop online store reserves the right to claim reimbursement of the costs incurred and a contractual penalty of 20% of the invoiced (issued) amount of money

 

Upon receipt of all the particulars, we will process your request no later than 15 days from the date of withdrawal. The amount for the returned goods will be transferred to your account according to the method chosen by you.

The online www.idizajn.shop reserves the right to cancel the order (withdraw from the contract) or part thereof if:

- product listed on our site is no longer produced or has ceased to be manufactured

- the price at the product supplier has changed

- the published price of the product was erroneous

If the buyer has already paid for the ordered goods, the amount will be refunded by transfer to his account as soon as possible.

How to shop? Shopping procedure?

1. Choose your goods

You can view and select in the menu through the categories in the page header or Filter on the left of the e-shop by Colour or Price and Size. Also You can Sort by NEWEST, Price or Name, to pick sooner an concrete Original CGI Canvas or Original CGI Framed Poster Art, T-Shirt, Mug etc.

2. Insert the goods into the shopping cart (by clicking on the Add to Cart button).

3. Open the shopping cart (by clicking on the icon at the top right) and edit the selection (delete or add items).

4. Fill in your contact and delivery details when prompted

5. In the next step, in case of a different address delivered, fill in the different address to deliver to

Delivery of goods and delivery times?

 

We deliver the goods to the address specified in the order from 5-10 working days (excluding holidays and weekends) for inventory. If the goods are not in stock, the purchaser will be informed by e-mail of the delivery time. In case of any delay in sending the order, the shopper will be notified in writing. The delivery time needed by the carrier for delivery of the goods must be added to our time limit.

The goods are sent by courier on delivery, the delivery time is usually within 5-10 working days.

In exceptional cases where certain goods are not in stock and are not available even at manufacturers, the delivery period may be longer. However, the shopper will be informed of these facts by e-mail.

Delivery? T-shirt 1-2 prices f.e. in Europe:

The cost for shipping one T-shirt to the Europe is 3,69€ which is the price in the First product row. Then if an order has 2 t-shirts, the shipping for the second t-shirt will cost 1,00€ which is the price in the Additional product row. All together the cost for shipping two t-shirts to the Europe is 4,69€.

Price of goods, payment terms, transport and receipt of goods?

 

The price of the product is determined by the price list of the idizajn.shop. The prices stated in the price list are the final prices already incl. VAT. Prices may be subject to change even without prior notice. The seller reserves the right to change prices following changes in prices of manufacturers, importers, etc. The current valid price of the product will always be announced when verifying the order.

The goods remain the property of the seller until the full payment of the price to the purchaser. When picking up a shipment on delivery, the consumer pays the total price, which includes the price for the goods and the transport charges which are included in our case (FREE Shipping).

When taking over a shipment, the shopper is obliged to check its physical intactness and completeness. If the shipment is visibly damaged and destroyed, the buyer is obliged to immediately contact the seller without receipt of the shipment and to write with the forwarding company the Damage Record on the shipment. Any later claims for quantity and physical violation of the product will not be accepted.

Warranty and complaints?

 

The warranty period for goods purchased on our site is 24 months. Only a product purchased in our E-Shop can be claimed. When making a claim, the shopper is obliged to deliver the claimed product clean, mechanically undamaged, in the original packaging, including the invoice to the seller. When making a claim, the shopper follows the instructions he receives by e-mail from the seller.

Entitlement to the guarantee shall cease in the event of mechanical damage to the product, use of the product under unsuitable conditions, improper assembly, failure by the consumer or the person who carried out the installation by the consumer or, if an intervention in the product has been carried out by a person other than the authorized person, to comply with the relevant standards. Defects caused by natural disaster and mis-treatment are also excluded from the guarantee.

Complaints are dealt with according to the provisions of the Commercial Code. The initiation of the complaint process does not affect the obligation of the purchaseer to pay the invoices properly. In case of claim, it is recommended to notify the buyer by phone or e-mail to the seller that the product is showing an error and how it has manifested itself. On the basis of this information, the buyer will be advised to follow the procedure for handling the complaint.

We are also not liable for damages caused by the transport of goods, in which case contact the carrier immediately.

The justified claim will be handled either by repairing or replacing the goods.

Final provisions?

The seller reserves the right to change the price. When changing the price, the seller contacts the consumer. The consumer has the right to cancel the order at the prices thus adjusted.

The shopper declares that he/she has become acquainted with these General Terms and Conditions and the Complaints Policy before filling in or announcing the order and that he/she agrees with them.

Notwithstanding the other provisions of the Contract, the seller shall not be liable to the consumer for lost profits, loss of opportunities or any other indirect or consequential losses resulting from negligence, breach of contract or otherwise incurred.

These general terms and conditions were formulated and established in good faith, in order to meet the legal conditions and to adjust the fair business relations between the seller and the consumer. In the event that certain provisions of these Terms are proven to be invalid or unenforcing by the competent authorities of the Slovak Republic, in whole or in part, the validity and enforceability of the other provisions and the remainder of the relevant provision remain unaffected.

The rights of the consumer in relation to the seller under the Act on Consumer Protection No. 634/1992, as amended, and the Act on Consumer Protection in Case of Home Sales and Mail Order Sales No. 108/2000, as amended, remain unaffected by these conditions.

Legal relations and conditions not expressly provided for here, as well as any disputes arising from non-compliance with these conditions, are governed by the relevant provisions of the Commercial or Civil Code.

The seller and the consumer agree that they fully recognise distance communication – telephone, electronic form of communication, in particular via e-mail and internet network – as valid and binding on both parties.

Data protection?

Dear shoppers,

we fully respect your privacy and act solely in accordance with the valid legislation of act No. 428/2002 Z.z. on the protection of personal data as amended by Acts No. 602/2003 Z.z., No. 576/2004 Z.z. and No. 90/2005 Z.z..
Subject to the provision of § 10 of this Act, the controller who intends to obtain his/her personal data from the data subject is obliged to inform the data subject at the latest when obtaining them and without prompting him/her to notify him in advance (1) the name and registered office or permanent residence of the controller (2) the purpose of the processing of personal data (3) the instruction on voluntaryness (4) of the circle of recipients, if it is assumed or is clear that the personal data will be made available to them and the form of disclosure.

  2. When you first purchase in an online store, you fill in only the following personal data: name, surname, address (delivery address), telephone contact, e-mail address. No other data is required.

  3. Personal data and content of orders will not be provided to third parties.

  4. Carriers are provided with address details and telephone number to send an SMS message in the form of an exchange.

  5. If you do not wish to provide a telephone number to the carrier, please let us know in the order note.

  6. The e-mail address is not provided to any carrier.

 

For your information about the progress and status of purchases, you can only use the data in the online store.

The Operator undertakes immediately to remove personal data and the progress of your purchases from the online store database at the request.

Complaint of goods? Return of goods?

Please check the Terms and Conditions 1 for trouble-free handling of your request before claiming
the goods. Fill in this form legibly, print it out and send it to idizajn.shop@gmail.com together with the invoice and the claimed goods to reverse adress.
2. Place the claimed goods in your original packaging (i.e. box, bag or other packaging) and secure them against damage during transport, while respecting the carrier's conditions on the method of packaging.
3. We recommend sending the goods by registered mail and properly insured.
4. Do not send the goods on delivery in any case, as the shipment will not be taken over!
